Opening Hours

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

As we come to the end of the year, I just want to say a genuine thank you. It’s been a big year for so many people, including myself — physically, emotionally, financially — and I’m really grateful for every person who’s walked into the treatment room, trusted me with their body, their pain, their stories, and their wellbeing.

A lot has shifted in my practice this year, and a few things are changing in 2026 to keep the work sustainable and aligned with the kind of care I want to offer.

What’s New…

1. One unified treatment

As I have been at the new space, I will continue to offer one 60-minute hands-on session that blends remedial massage and myotherapy techniques depending on what your body needs on the day.

2. Updated pricing

The 60-minute sessions for Remedial/Myotherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage will move to $120 and the 45-minute session will be $100. Pregnancy massage is available for all treatments, just remember to let me know when you book.

I am also in the process of adding HICAPS for on the spot claiming of private health insurance, to ease the process of claiming and paying.

3. Counselling now available

Dedicated counselling, intimacy and relationship support appointments will be available on Thursdays. These sessions offer space to explore stress, relationships, intimacy, identity, and the emotional patterns that sit underneath physical tension. I’m offering a free 15 minute phone consultation to assess if my style of counselling is a good fit for you. This can be booked online.

Counselling, Intimacy and Relationship support for individuals – 60 min – $150

And here’s what’s staying the same:

 • Same location at the Yarra Ranges Naturopath clinic, for both massage and counselling — nothing’s moving.

 • Same standard of care, attention, and treatment quality you’re used to.

 • Same friendly face greeting you at the door (no personality upgrades scheduled, sorry to say).

 • Your comfort, progress, and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything I do.

Thank you again for the support, the conversations, the trust, and the shared laughter this year. It really does mean a lot. I’m looking forward to working with you in 2026 — in whatever way you need.

Wishing you a grounded end to the year and a steadier one ahead.

Warmly,

Amy.
